- Copy or accessibility gaps — unclear headings, insufficient contrast reports, or structural issues affecting assistive technologies on static pages.
Response cadence
Static directories ship without a 24/7 call centre. We aim to triage editorial-risk notes ahead of generic commentary, but heavy volumes may delay replies. Automated receipts are not guaranteed—if your note is mission-critical, consider duplicate outreach through regulator channels when consumer harm is suspected.
Issues we cannot escalate from here
Account balances, reversal of bonus forfeitures, failed document uploads, cooler-off disputes, or payment-card chargebacks must flow through the licensed operator’s appointed support teams (and, where applicable, banking partners). We do not carry privileged credentials for those systems.
