RummyLists Privacy Policy
How RummyLists handles browsing activity, optional analytics, messages to support@rummylists.com, and what happens after you leave for third-party operators.
RummyLists (rummylists.com) is published as a static website. There are no mandatory accounts, player wallets, or in-browser installations required to read rankings, reviews, blog essays, or legal pages.
This policy explains what minimal signals may exist while you stay on our origin, how email works when you contact us, and why operator destinations operate under their own privacy regimes.
Information we intentionally do not collect here
We do not operate rummy tables, host APK/IPA installers, process deposits or withdrawals, run loyalty wallets, or maintain CRM dossiers tied to gameplay behaviour. Any identity verification, payment credentials, or behavioural profiling linked to wagering happens solely on third-party sites once you leave rummylists.com.
Hosting, delivery, and infrastructure logs
Pages are delivered through hosting providers and content networks (CDNs). Those vendors may record technical metadata common to any HTTPS site—approximate timestamps, requested URLs, HTTP status codes, rough geography derived from IP at edge caches, and diagnostic payloads needed for abuse prevention.
We configure caching headers consistent with static publishing so repeat visits stay lightweight. We do not combine infrastructure logs with wagering databases because we do not operate wagering products.
Optional analytics (production only)
When enabled in production, measurement scripts such as Google Analytics 4 may summarise aggregate traffic—landing paths, scroll depth proxies, device/browser families—to understand whether editorial improvements resonate with readers.
Those tools are configured for aggregate insight, not for reconstructing individual journeys across unrelated websites. You may use browser controls, OS-level privacy toggles, or official opt-out mechanisms described in Google’s documentation if you wish to limit analytics cookies.
Links to external operators and advertisers
Many listings reference independent brands. Once you choose “Continue,” tap an outbound badge, or manually paste an operator URL shown in editorial copy, that organisation’s privacy statement governs every subsequent data practice—cookies, marketing IDs, fraud scoring, geolocation enforcement, KYC storage, and retention clocks.
We cannot observe or amend those flows. If you need deletion, correction, or portability for personal data held by an operator, you must invoke their lawful processes directly.
Email sent to support@rummylists.com
Messages you send to support@rummylists.com may include your email address, optional display name, routing headers, and any narrative you supply about rankings, broken URLs, or editorial corrections.
We process those communications solely to investigate your note, coordinate factual fixes, or reply with clarifications. We do not sell message threads, rent them to advertisers, or merge them with unrelated marketing databases.
Retention is limited to operational necessity—typically long enough to resolve an issue or defend against abuse allegations—and follows routine mailbox hygiene (spam filtering, malware scanning).
Children’s data
The topics discussed involve real-money entertainment oriented toward adults. We do not knowingly solicit information from minors. If you believe a minor submitted personal details through our contact channel, notify us immediately so we can delete practicable content.
Policy updates
Static publishing means we may revise this document when regulators issue guidance or when product realities shift (for example, introducing different analytics tooling). Material updates will carry a refreshed revision note inside the markdown source powering this page.
Regional considerations
Readers access rummylists.com from multiple jurisdictions. Nothing in this notice grants permission to bypass local gambling prohibitions or consumer-protection regimes. Where mandatory privacy rights apply (access, rectification, restriction), exercise them first against any controller actually processing regulated wagering data—which will nearly always be the operator, not this directory.
Contact
Privacy-specific questions about how this static site handles basics only may be directed to support@rummylists.com. Do not send photographs of government IDs through email unless we explicitly request them during a documented editorial integrity review—and even then prefer secure channels offered by the relevant operator.
